Iraq Consulting Ltd. gives you the opportunity to invest in a photovoltaic system in Germany. We offer you a contract that guarantees you a permanent remuneration for feeding power into the national grid for 20 years.

In cooperation with our partner SonnenEnergie GmbH we offer you complete packages, where you can choose from real estates between the sizes of 30.000 to 40.000 meters square. The performances of these photovoltaic systems vary from 1000 kWp to 2000 kWp depending on the size of the estate. The financing costs for system of this dimensions amount to an estimated 5 Mio. Euro.

Carrying out the project is quick and uncomplicated. You bring in 1-1.5 Mio. Euro of own money, the remaining funds are financed by our principal bank. Our contract assures you yearly earnings of estimated 450.000 Euro.

If you are willing to invest around 1 Mio. Euro, you will immediately be signed over the real estate plus a photovoltaic system by a contract drawn up before a German notary. At once the system is launched; it will produce the yearly earnings of 450.000 Euro. By feeding the power into the national grid the credit is paid back and after 15 years, the entire system and estate are truly yours. Additionally the system will continue to earn you 450.000 a year.

Together with our partner, SonnenEnergie GmbH, Iraq Consulting Ltd. will make a team of experts in the fields of technology, economy and finance available to you. This team will provide you capable and professional guidance through the entire project.
